How does it work?

The program will start off with an initial assessment to get clear on your health and fitness goals. Based on your goals, you’ll get a daily mini-lesson on nutrition and/or psychology. These lessons will support you to build a new habit every 2 weeks. 

You will get plenty of support along the way by your coach (Kern). He will help keep you accountable through messaging and coaching calls. In addition, all your progress is recorded through a daily habit-tracking software. This allows both you and your coach to see how you’re tracking.
