There are many things one can do to reduce their stress levels. For me, it started off by listening to guided meditations and keeping a gratitude journal.

As I continued on my journey, I came across a program called Inner Engineering. The amount of impact this has had on my life and others whom I've seen go through through the program is incomparable to anything else I've experienced.

I highly encourage you to watch Sadhguru on YouTube and see if his perspective on life resonates with you.
